Shelly joined Estate Planning & Elder Law Services in July 2016 as a Paralegal. She brings a broad depth of experience specializing in Trust, Estate, Medicaid, and Probate areas of law. Since Ms. Morell brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience to the firm, she is an intrinsic part of our firm’s commitment to client service excellence.

Shelly provides a supportive role in all aspects of Estate Planning and Long Term Care Planning. Her duties include helping with the drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. In addition, Ms. Morell assists with the planning and filling of Medicaid applications.

Shelly received a Paralegal degree from Commonwealth College in Virginia. She attends Institute of Continuing Legal Education courses on Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration.
