Kaitlyn Cwiertak is a newer addition to the Estate Planning and Elder Law Services team, joining the firm in 2024 and taking on a hybrid role as a Client Relationship Manager and Receptionist for the Northville office. In her current position, Kaitlyn is often the very first member of our staff to interact with potential clients. She has the first opportunity to provide our clients with a welcoming and positive introduction to our firm and its processes. Kaitlyn is dedicated to providing first-rate client service to all of our clients from start to finish. She has a unique background coming from financial and tax planning firms that have taught her the value of comprehensive planning for all of life’s uncertainties.

While guiding potential clients through our intake process and scheduling appointments, Kaitlyn’s primary objective is to collect the important information needed to address each person’s specific needs. By gathering this essential information prior to the initial consultation, it allows the attorney to address each client’s goals and concerns in detail during the appointment. Kaitlyn is also tasked with some of the back-office responsibilities that help the firm run smoothly and ensures that the attorneys have everything they need for client consultations and meetings.

Kaitlyn is currently enrolled in the Legal Studies Course at Lansing Community College with the goal of earning her Paralegal Certification. She is proud to have a 3.90 GPA going into her final year of school and is excited to be gaining valuable experience working in the legal field prior to graduation.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn volunteers with an animal rescue group fostering cats and kittens in her home and assisting with local adoption events. She loves finding new experiences and places to enjoy with her friends and family.
