Office Administrator/Marketing Assistant
Paula K. Williams is the Office Administrator for the firm. Her responsibilities include supervision of the firm's support staff, information technology coordination, accounting and bookkeeping, file archiving, and coordination of the firm's marketing programs.
Ms. Williams undergoes continual training to stay abreast of the constant changes in the areas of accounting, document management, and informational technologies. She has completed advanced level courses on computer programs such as Amicus Attorney, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.
Ms. Williams' dedicated service allows our attorneys and other staff to focus solely on the needs of our clients rather than be distracted by the day-to-day business of a law firm. As part of her duties, she is available to assist you with billing questions, signing up for one of our firm newsletters or informational alerts, obtaining information about our upcoming community education seminars, and any other general questions about firm business.
Ms. Williams has been a dedicated contributor to the Girl Scouts of America, and has devoted a substantial amount of time to the Frankenmuth and Plymouth, Michigan school districts.
