ForMyDocs™ - Online Document Access Service
EPS offers the ForMyDocs™ online document access service. Our ForMyDocs™ service provides you, and anyone else you choose, online access to your estate plan and other vital legal documents through our website's secure online interface, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You are given a private user name and password, as well as cards which can be placed in your wallet and given to your trusted decision makers (i.e. - an advocate under a medical power of attorney) so that in case of emergencies these trusted decision makers or hospital and emergency personnel will have immediate access to vital legal documents, such as your medical power of attorney, from anywhere and at any time.
